Quite true - Dexterra's app, and possibly others, are built around the .NET
API set, and it works pretty well, though that kinda ties it to Windows
OS-based PDAs.

You could also build yourself a simple webapp using either the Java API or
the .NET API.

Using the Mid-Tier would _probably_ not be compatible with Palm (or
Blackberry) because of it's heavy use of JavaScript and other 'funny
business' ;)

You should be able to view a Remedy form that is made available via a
Mid-tier server and appropriate Web Server software.  Keep in mind that
you'll probably be well-served to format a particular view of the
form(s) to
fit the screen format and memory limitations of the Palm.

Application providers like Aeroprise take care of a lot of those things for
you, or give you easy to use configuration tools to do so.
