Actually, I just talked to the education department on Friday about this
exact thing, and they essentially said to do what Scott says below.
Hopefully, if the approval gods are with me, I'll be in Maryland in
February for the RSP class. I've already taken the 7.x What's New, and
the Remedy Education Department said that counts as maintaining an RSP
(once I get it for 6.x).

Bob,
You can always get your RSP on 6.0 and then just take the What's New to
"upgrade" it to 7.0

Subject: RSP

I am an independent developer interested in remaining independent. With
all of the changes with 7.0 I have decided that it is time to take time
off, pay the 12 grand, and get my RSP with 7.0. Problem is, I cannot find

anywhere where the RSP program is being offered for 7.0. The Sales Rep
doesn't seem to know. An email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] goes unanswered.
The business development rep doesn't know what RSP or RAC is. Does anyone

know if the RSP program is available for 7.0? I have been asking BMC for
3
months now.
