Thanks, Axton. I was able to log out and back and resubmit my ticket online. The dev community site is still not working of course. I should have submitted a ticket earlier; as the search function on the dev community site hasn't been working for weeks. I thought it was simply going through an update as part of the site overhaul. I wonder why that part of the site appears to be on Mid-Tier 5.x, while the rest is on 7.X? Hmmm. Michelle

You may want to ask them to check any security software logs along with the web server logs. So, from someone else's post, I thought I would go to the Developer Community Site to check for new stuff. Here are at the very least the problems that I encountered. 1. The search function doesn't work at all. 2. The Category menu doesn't work. 3. Receive "error parsing the qualifier" when attempting to search. 4. Do you mean for the search qualification to be visible to the user. (visible in attached screenshot) So, in trying to do the right thing, I attempted to submit a ticket. Another Sigh... Can't submit the ticket, because I'm receiving ARERR 9351, "Unable to set up data connection, which is preventing the application from working correctly.". Guess I'll call customer support after my meeting.
