This just a "heads up" about Bug 7 (as it was called by BMC Customer
Support). Perhaps there's a place to find a list of all known bugs, but
I only discovered this one in testing.
Using Headers or Footer templates in outbound email will clobber the
text of the email. Until this is fixed (in a future, as yet,
unannounced patch) we need to remove the templates from the Filters that
fire off emails.
Since I'm unsure of the extent of this bug, our environment info:
