Has BMC, or anyone, come out with a preferred methodology for upgrading from
6.x to 7.x ? More the ITSM side (Helpdesk 6 vs Problem and Incident
Management 7.x, Change, Asset, etc)... or is this pretty much not even
doable at this point in time?
