Developer position Tampa Bay, FL area. You will be responsible for the development, support, and administration of our highly customized (ARS) v6.x System CS and QM modules. The main focus is maintaining and enhancing existing systems for internal operations used by our Helpline and Quality Management groups. Also, Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
