I concur.  

I frequently use Ctrl+Shift+F within Acrobat Reader and point to the
folder that contains all the ARS documentation pdfs.  This searches
every pdf for the keywords or phrase you are looking for.

I would suggest you employ the search function in your Adobe Acrobat
reader.
When run against the massive library of Remedy documentation (hint:
start with the Master Index doc), I'm sure you will have no problem
locating detailed explanations of these and many other informative and
important terms.
