Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide Remedy workflows and application configuration for helpdesk trouble ticketing, incident, problem, change, and asset management. - Provide maintenance of the Remedy database and assist in engineering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists for enterprise monitoring and preventative maintenance. - Provide Remedy training workshops instructing support users on helpdesk trouble ticketing, asset, change, and incident management. These workshops will also help to develop constantly changing workflows. -Provide documentation of Remedy Action Request System (ARS)/ IT Service Management (ITSM) to include workflows and customizations. - Patch and upgrade Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ITSM. - Provide provide guidance on creating and building Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). - Upgrade from the currently installed version 7.6.04 to the latest Remedy ARS/ITSM Version. - Install and configure Service Request Management (SRM) and Information Technology Service Management Suite (ITSM) on the unclassified network. - Map custom fields from the user interface form to the backend forms (incident, problem, and change). - Install and configure Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) to interface with the current network discovery tools, specifically CA Spectrum and What’s Up Gold. Required Skills and Experience: - Working knowledge of Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network servers, DoD security protocols and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). - Working knowledge of Virtual Machine (VM) environment. - Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and IT Service Management (ITSM). - Working knowledge of Remedy Development (7.6.04 and higher) and SQL Server 2008 R2 or SQL 2012. Required Certifications: - ITIL v3 - Security+ Required Clearance: - A current SECRET level security clearance. This is a hard requirement.
