Our admin created a Custom Form A in 7.0.3 ITSM that is associated with the OOB Help Desk form in 7.0.3. Is there any reason why when I use Remedy Migrator 8.1.2 to migrate the Custom Form A – the tool brings all the related forms associated with Help Desk plus the Custom Form A? In Remedy Migrator, I checked the box to migrate “form only” ? Every time I check form only, Migrator migrates all the related objects.
