My colleague created some test surveys that now I would like to get rid of. When I go to the Survey Configuration form (Application Administration, Custom Configuration, Service Request Management, Survey Configuration, I do a search on all Surveys and there are 4 of them (3 connected to - Global - and 1 connected to our company)
I only need one and I'd like to delete the rest. I've already deleted all the questions but there is no option to delete or even be offline. One other question on Surveys, when I select one and I click on View there are 4 fields for 4 questions, how does this differ to the questions that I create when using Manage Questions? Thanks!
