If you're running AI in a server group, make sure that the ID that the AR system service runs under has permissions to the folder directory that the excel templates are copied to. If you have AR System running as a service account ID, make sure that that ID has read/write permission to the folder that is defined in your Application administration Console\Custom Configuration\Foundation \ Advanced Options\System Configuration Settings - System Settings form, in the Data Management Load File Path field. You may want to make the service account ID be part of the Administrator group on the servers. The DMT is very tricky to work with and gives me more headaches than AIE used to. I have found that you also need to be careful of the data that you putting into the templates, such as numbers. Those need to be formatted as text on the template, else it will add decimals.
