Hello all, we are trying to automate the creation of monthly server patching thru a script via SCCM. the script is working and the changes are getting created. for this integration we used email to Remedy to form CHG:ChangeInterface_Create.
the issue we face is that only one CI can be passed to this form when the change is created. we are trying to pass several hundred CIs all at one. Using a template is not an option as the list of CIs may change from month to month. I don't see the workflow in Dev Studio to handle this.. just want to confirm. also, what other options are there to explore? I've seen web services, but that's for the same form....
