So with my last email a few minutes ago about the Ideas process updates and renewed hope we'll see some movement around submitted Ideas, I posted Smart Reporting for non-ITSM <https://communities.bmc.com/ideas/10527>.
Smart Reporting addresses what many of us have felt is a deficiency in "native" reporting for a long time. While it isn't exactly native per se it is close, waaaayyyyy better and less complex to maintain than SAP BOXI.
