We've managed to get some pretty decent trend reports using the data that 
is already captured on the HD form by default.

One could (with some nifty logic of course) extract a lot of useful 
information based on just the date fields:
  - Created
  - Arrived
  - Responded
  - Assigned
  - Work In progress...

you get the drift.

Based on these and the calculations between them, we run aging reports, 
trend reports such as tickets/helpdesk person, response times, on a regular 
basis using Crystal for our managers.

Other notes: We're on HD 5.5, using the Remedy ODBC driver and started on 
Crystal 8.5, with the reports now in CR 10 and also running on Crytal 
Enterprise 10.
