Pamela,
Remedy's latest release (9.0) publishes the Remedy contents via Restful
API, allowing you to create/update/query/delete through that interface, but
Remedy still does not have a native method available to consume Restful
API's published by other vendors. I have an ARDBC plugin I'm developing
for presentation at Engage this year...it'll be available on my web site
and open-sourced....but it won't be 'native'.....

So...if you are wanting something other than that, you'll likely need to
look into some sort of middleware to help with the integration.
