Hello, I have a question regarding Atrium Integrator (Pentaho Data Integrator/Kettle/Spoon).
Does anybody uses the Atrium Integrator / Pentaho installation that comes with AtriunCMDB to call SOAP webservices on external systems to run some ticket exchange between ITSM Incident module and this external system using AI? Are there any big issues to take care of when using this szenario? Basically AI (Pentaho Data Integrator) should be capable of integrating different systems by using the adapters that are delivered with the AI installation, right? Thanks!
