Just use the Admin Tool. Select Groups in the Left hand object panel. Double click the Group you want to give permissions to, choose the field tab, then select the form.
TIP: To change rights from View to Change you can select a field in the right hand list and use the space bar to toggle between View and Change. Use the up and down arrows to move between fields.
