Hi team,

Currently we are using AR System 4.5.2 for one of our helpdesk application.

We some email command emails arriving form one email box to Remedy email box to 
create a record in the Remedy application. Now the sending email box was 
amended with '^' character before the email box name like previous it is "ABC" 
now it is changed as "^ABC".

Moreover this email box is using only for auto notifications to the user and 
for email command emails which will processed by email engine (Remedy mail 
service).


After we changed the email box name this functionality is not working. Please 
let me know if these new special character amendment is causing the problem or 
not?

If yes please let me know how I can find the root cause of this problem.
