Hi,
In the newer versions I have these extra files present. The files are not
included in the actual api-directory-structure, this is why they are missing.
I have fixed this for newer versions of the API.
As the 7.0 and earlier Windows installers are EXE-files, and it has not been
as easy to rebuild these packages as newer versions. You have to do an actual
server installation...
But if someone has these files available I could add them to the API-downloads.
