I remember seeing something in the past about Java 8 and ARS and/or ITSM 8.x incompatibility. Is java 8 listed on the comparability matrix for Remedy 8?
It may have been addressed in an update but wanted give a heads up. I don't remember the exact details. It is either mentioned her on the list or the BMC Communities (well and kb.bmc.com probably).
