I have users that would like to have dates shown in Coordinated Universal Time - UTC. In other words, not just GMT+0, but also no Daylight Saving Time adjustment.
But I cannot seem to find a time zone setting (in the 'AR System User Preference' form, 'time zone' field) to do this. I submitted a ticket to BMC, and got a call back telling me that there is no way to do that. Really? Is there really NO WAY to display Date/Time fields in UTC?!?
