Hi, well - imho - BCM (Business Continuity Management) is more a question of concept than a question of tool functionality. How do you want to continue your business and your operations if your data center does not respond any more or one part of the ITSM system fails? BMC ITSM gives you some possibilities to implement an environment that has quite a high availability. This gives you possibilities to meet continuity requirements. Hase a look at ITIL Service Design and the "IT service continuity management" This could give you some more hints: http://www.bmc.com/guides/itil-service-design.html HTH Regards Rüdiger **
