Hi Team, We are getting the below error in SOAP UI(Always Validate Response messages in Editor settings Soap UI Preferences) when we try to use the OOTB Webservie "HelpDesk_QueryList_Service"

If i use the same for Create incident web service i didn't find any errors . Kindly let me know if any other information required.
