Are you looking to do this in a “batch scenario” … or an “event scenario”?

Meaning - do you want to pull everyone “one time” … — or is it that when a
contractor is “hired” - then a people record gets created. Then — when a
contractor is finished … the people record gets updated again.

If it is the 2nd option (more real-time) … then Kinetic Task would be good.

You would define Beeline as a source … then Task would watch for new
records - and then perform workflow on those … that workflow would be to
push into BMC People records.

Make sense???

You should be able to give Kinetic Task a try for free here:
http://www.kineticdata.com/products/task/

Unlicensed (designed for learning if Kinetic is right for you) It will run
for 25 runs … and then stop … you can start it again. (So - basically 25
contractors at a time)

Very high-level — you can think of Kinetic Task as a system that can use
any source as it’s data (for event triggers) and then can do it’s workflow
against any system. Like Filters for Remedy - but Remedy Filters only watch
BMC Remedy activity — and in general — only push to Remedy tables.
