Hello Victoria, There are several factors here that are unknown at the moment. For example, if your customizations are tied to certain integrations or are they just stand alone customizations within your environment. Or are some of your customization tied to any of the OOTB ITSM apps?
Without getting into all the details what is your ARS platform version? 8.1.02? If you created all you custom objects using Dev stuidio "Best Practice" then all you customizations will be available after upgrade to 9.0. That being said, it is highly recommended that you run the Pre-Checker utility before each component and address any issues that it discovers......ESPECIALLY fields ids created in reserve range.
