We are working on cleaning up our CMDB, and are finding that we have two or more CIs that really represent the same thing. The goal is to consolidate the CIs into one record and move all the ITSM relationships onto that one record. The problem is that relationships to ITSM records (Changes/Releases/Incidents) exist across all of the duplicates, and each one can have 50+ relationships. Moving them one at a time is painfully time consuming. I was hoping something already existed that would help and I could avoid having to build anything new, which, of course, has its own opportunities to screw up. Everything is 8.1, unpatched.
