You can set the User Log File in Remedy Administrator.
File > Server Information > Click the Log Files tab and check the User box.

It Logs information about connection activity for each user. Information
includes the time that each user logs in, whether the user is able to obtain a
license, and when each floating license is released. . The default log file
name is aruser.log.

Thanks,
Mahesh

Subject: Is there a way to see when did a user logged in the last time?

Is there a SQL table with ITSP 4.0 that has a record of when a user has
logged to a Remedy server?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank you.
