Hi Team, Would appreciate quicker repsonse on this:
ARS 8.1 ITSM 8.1 I have one OOTB form for which Archiving is enabled with XYZ qualification OOTB. I create overlay and wanted to change the Archiving qualification to PQAX. It allows me to alter time selection for the archving to trigger, but not the qualification string. Has anyone come across this situation. Let me know.
