Hi Folks,

We're pleased to announce our latest Meta-Archive.

Now, you can archive your data to Archive forms, another ITSM server, or the
file system as CSV and/or HTML pages with all attachments extracted.

You can also archive the CMDB.

As always, the HTML is easy to configure, as is adding your tables, fields,
what's important to you. It's easy to specify different time conditions for
different customers or classes of tickets.

We ran Meta-Archive generating HTML against the sample data in an ITSM 8.1
Stack install here

More information (Web, White-Paper, Overview) on Meta-Archive here

presentation is available as a video

For more information or trials, please feel free to contact us.

Cheers,
