Hi All, Has anyone done an ITSM integration with Enterprise-Random-Password-Manager, by liebsoft? All I am being told is that I just need to provide a user account for creating Incidents but the very limited documentation provided isn't telling me much of anything. Can't even tell if they are coming in through the mid-tier. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
