The environment:

ARS 6.3 with patch 014
HD 6.0
MSSQL
Midtier with patch 014
MS IIS webserver
Newatlanata JSP

The issue:

I have created a new flashboard for viewing count of tickets in a group
by Status. The first time Support Console is loaded, the values are
shown correctly in the console view as "Any" in ( I modified the
workflow to set it to "Any" from "Myself" on support console load) the
support console.

Issue 1:

But once the console view is changed, and return to the "Any", the
values are not shown correctly. Not only that, all the status are not
displayed also, it only lists three bar graphs with "Assigned, WIP,
Pending".  The "Resolved" and "CLosed" status is not shown.

Issue 2:

Once the console view is changed, and return to the "Any",  the
qualification criteria for the Flashboard variable is not considered. I
need to show the tickets for the day but it shows the tickets from all
the days. The qualification I have set is (Create Date >= $Date$) AND
(Display Status >= "New")

Please let me know if any additional information is required.
