Hello Experts, We have a requirement to enhance the incoming email handling mechanism. Currently our system is configured to process incoming emails with Request IDS in the subject line but not the INC IDs. We now have a requirement to enable INC IDs also in the email subject line. I tried creating configurations in RBE:Rule and RBE:Configuration form to accommodate INC IDs as well. But the filter takes either Request ID or INC but not the both. From the initial analysis I believe the filter needs to be changed or a new filter to be created. Before trying that out, I would like to seek your suggestions.
