As we are planning to upgrade Remedy version from 7.6.04 to 9. Planning to
introduce  chat options during the upgrade.


i know about the concepts of virtual agent and how it works in remedy.
where t

I have  a query in this " how the chat options will work without virtual
chat agent ?

for example if the user is connected from the sametime chat sends the text
to particular email / domain ([email protected])

is there any integration between the remedy and email agents available?

and also let me know if any licenses required and pre requisite needed . if
yes, please let me know the details.


could anyone help me on this.
