Can the RKM admin search/find the articles? If so then it sounds like a permission/visibility issue with the new articles. If RKM admin cannot search/find articles then look at server FTS logs. You might try reindexing just the RKM articles or unpublish the new articles and the republish them which should trigger FTS.
