Good afternoon,

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the iOS app for My IT?  I've been trying 
to get it working for a few versions now and have had no luck.  I'm trying with 
3.0 at the moment and despite having success with Smart IT, this thing just 
crashes on iOS even after a successful install.
