Have you tried looking at the code? I know it's a long shot but we had a web service that timed out. It turned out that there was a character limitation of 240 and the sender had it programmed so the user could only enter 240 to send. They must have been sending an extra character because I changed the filter to create the transaction to limit the value to Left 240 on the Remedy side and it took care of the problem.
