Hello,
We tried to upgrade 7.6 to 9.0.01 but it failed. We are highly customized and
not using any OOTB ITSM applications. The install log file had following errors
at multiple places -
- Your login failed, but connected as a guest user
- LOG EVENT {Description=[[resultType=COMPLETED,exitCode=2]],Detail=[RIK
command ( returned a RETURN code of 2, which was interpreted as a failure from
RIKJ [RIKCOMMAND] LOAD_APPLICATION -C true -t 3785 -u Action Request Installer
