Hi Mark, I just tried this quickly on a test form and it can be done within ARS. If you add a DATE/TIME field to your form which will store the TIMESTAMP then you can run a Filter when someone saves the form containing the attachment with a Run If Qualification like: 'TR.Document1' != $NULL$ (where Document1 is your attachment field). Then have a Set Field action which will set the DATE/TIME field to TIMESTAMP.
