How are you triggering the Filter that consumes the customer’s WSDL?   If it is 
just an update on a form in your system that the Filter fires from then it 
should be immediate.  The only way I can see it taking that kind of time is if 
you are using an Escalation to trigger the send.

TGIF Listers,

We have created an integration with a customer using the customers WSDL to send 
data. All is working well with the exception of the time it takes for 
attachments to be sent out of Remedy.

Currently sending a small 32k attachment takes 6 minutes for the attachment to 
leave Remedy.

Is there a config setting or settings that control this?
