As someone mentioned earlier, there are ways to do this in Pentaho. You could create a copy of the current staging form, and run a transformation that moves the data from one form to the other. In the transformation you can use the Calculator step. In this step there is a function called, “First letter of each word in a String A in capital. If you performed this function on the first name and last name fields as you migrated the data to the 2nd staging form it would make it proper case. Obviously there may be easier methods out there that won’t require moving the data twice before pushing to the People form just wanted to let you know of this step in Pentaho.
