I wanted to make sure everyone knew this. BMC just changed their Premier 
support structure in many ways it is good but it has left Premier support 
engineers with many new tickets that they had never seen before. It takes them 
time to get up speed on these. Please have patience with them. Several of these 
folks are close friends of mine and I know they are working 12 hour days trying 
to catch up, but during the transition please be patience with these guys. I 
know they are doing everything they can.
