I love cell phone auto-correct :)....my phone decided I wanted to say 'backtracking' where as I meant to say 'background'...and I was specifically talking about the one you have highlighted. The background is always white in Mid-Tier, the only place you see the color change is in the 'Web Toolbar' which still does the color changes, but only if it's visible. The post that Jim referenced is the only way I'm aware of to get the entire background to change in the web :)
