We use Remedy for software development IT work and have a lot of forms. My customers complain that they have to resize both the client window and then the 'Home Page' Window to get down to the 'Work Estimation' form. Sure, I could rename that form to move it up but then someone would complain about some other form that got pushed down. I've told them about the "Maximize on Open" option that removes one step from the process because I have the size of the 'Home Page' set to the right length but a couple of them are still asking for a custom size, so:
Is there a way to set the default "on open" size of the client window to something other than the standard or maximum?
