I'm sorry, Remedy uses a proprietary format to compress the attachments. I
guess that means you will need access to this specific format or a running
Remedy server to access an attachment. You can then retrieve the attachment
using the API, that will mean using the Remedy User tool or a small C
program, ARSPerl or other.
