To the best of my knowledge there isn’t a ready made tailored extension to the classes you are looking for. You would need to custom build these. If I recall correctly, there used to be a lightweight extension available for telecom customers to plug into the CMDB in the past but I do not think it was further developed to incorporate newer classes that surfaced with time in the telecom market.
