I was hired to do implementations to a Remedy Multi-Tenant instance, over 100 customer. No development just presentations and capturing foundation and configuration data. I have been working with SN for over 2 years doing the same things, I completed the Admin class and certification over the last couple of months and am now actually doing some development. I am now doing Architecture work and leading a few developers to enhance SN to meet specific requirements.
