Hi

Has anyone setup Virtual agent on multiple mid tier servers that are not in
the same load balancer? We are trying to configure Virtual Agent 9.1.01 and
the one problem we have is that if a user logs onto server A to chat and
the chat is routed to a support agent on Server B, the user on Server A
just has a message of "You are # 1 in queue...." but doesn't get notified
when a agent picks up a the chat.

Any messages that the support agent sends back to the user is not received
and the user does not get the information that their call has been picked
up.

If the user types a message on server A , it does appear on the support
agent screen on server B.

What are we missing? cant see to find anything in the docs about this and
we have checked all our config.
