Yup, if you want to stick with the out-of-the-box DSL, Chris is right - you'll be stuck with the
Software -> Application -> Third Party -> Product Name categories - my question is - what good does this do for reporting purposes? If almost everything sits in that one CTI (I think there is one for OS, and one other one for DB/s, but I forget...), it is no good to us. The point of my post is to mention that we've put in an RFE that would enable people to modify the CTI's as they need to, and not have it "written over" by subsequent DSL updates. Don't know how the RFE process works at BMC, but I would think the more the merrier in terms of requesting a change...
