I'm working on setting up some automation for testing our remedy builds. Will be using MidTier testing SRM, and ITSM 8.1. The testing product I'm looking at is Selenium WebDriver. We are also setting up a server for testing. I have some questions for the experts here and appreciate your feedback.
1. Any idea what specs the server needs to have? 2. What software should we have (Windows OS, Browsers-IE, FireFox, and Chrome) 3. Looking at Selenium as it is open source. Do you have experience with Selenium and ARS? 4. Do you recommend another automation tool rather than Selenium? I don't want to reinvent the wheel so relying on your experience.
