Unfortunately there is no 64-bit ODBC driver for Remedy. One problem with using the database driver is that you bypass the Remedy security model and data dictionary – you have access to all data, which may be acceptable depending on your requirements. You could try the JDBC driver - https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-22516
